My wife Susan and I LOVE our remodeled bathroom! Dacian and his coworker Daniel were perfectionists at all levels: Demolition, new shower, new tile work, including floor and walls, new toilet, new lighting, new sink and cabinets, new mirror, etc. They cleaned up every day before they left and the time-line was accurate. Dacian was very helpful in choosing cabinet top and tiles and was open and caring to all of our design ideas. He is knowledgeable in the electrical, plumbing, drywall, and tile-work fields. Professional in every sense of the word and a pleasure to work with.

We hired Zircon Remodeling for a major kitchen and bathroom remodelâ a project which in truth I was very hesitant to undertake. However I have to say that Zircon made this remodeling process as easy as such a process can be. Dacian of Zircon is reliable, responsive, timely, professional and an all-around pleasant person. My family and I stayed in the house throughout the duration of the project and expected a certain level of disruption and inconvenience of not having a kitchen and being down one bathroom. With this, I appreciated how he came in regularly each morning at a designated time and seemed to focus on our project instead of juggling multiple projects. So, as promised, our remodeling was completed within the time frame stated, we were not hit with unexpected surprises or delays, and most importantly, he and his assistant thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, thereby keeping a neat and tidy work area throughout the duration of the remodel. We are so pleased with the work quality and the overall experience that Zircon will be our first choice for any and all future projects.

To say Zircon Remodeling delivers high quality construction just doesnâ t do them justice. They are pure perfection from start to finish! This was our 3rd remodel with them and their abilities to get the job done on time continues. We are demanding & expect high quality and service. Dacian and Tibbi always exceed our expectations! Dacian & Tibbi â s skills border on genius! I donâ t think thereâ s anything they canâ t do. Whether itâ s putting in appliances, countertops, sinks, electricity, lighting, tile and stone work, itâ s done with the skill of a surgeon. We are in awe of Dacianâ s attention to detail, project management skills, ability to problem solve and professionalism. Their work ethic is like nothing weâ ve ever seen and we remodeled a lot of homes in our years! They show up precisely on time (usually at 7 AM) and work the entire day. Yes, you read that right thereâ s none of this working 10 to 2, not returning for a couple of days or the usual BS that construction guys pull. They are laser focused and always get the job done right the first time. And the absolute mind blowing thing is how neat & respectful to our home they are! Iâ m freakishly clean & organized but whether theyâ re demolishing or building, they keep our house just as tidy, itâ s really something to behold! I canâ t believe how much Iâ m gushing about Zircon but Iâ m telling you they are worth every penny. Their prices are competitive and fair. Dacian was so great to work with as he is incredibly responsive and reliable. He always followed through on everything he said including arriving at 7am everyday. He also was very helpful throughout the whole process providing advice when we asked for it and recommendations based on his expertise. He consulted with us at each step that required our input. On top of all that, he was super fast (gutted the bathroom and did the entire remodel in less than three weeks) and the bathroom just looks amazing. Outstanding! Zircon Remodeling recently completed the renovation of our three bathrooms and added new canned lights in our living and dining area. We called Zircon Remodeling based on the online reviews and they exceeded our expectations. Upon meeting Dacian, we found him to be very professional and trustworthy. Dacian is very knowledgeable and provided us with design ideas that we included in our renovation project. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. I have never, in my life seen, any contractor to work as clean as these guys.They worked 9 day going up to the second floor, trough a bedroom, into a master bathroom and work hard. We saw no dust, debris, or pill of material inside the home. They are efficient, on time (like clock work), and fast.I don't know how they do it, but man, they do a fantastic job doing remodeling work. I am going to ask them to help us with many other jobs. They are good, they are very good.

Dacian was fantastic to work with and I'm thrilled with my new bathroom! He gave me advice on materials and even when I added things at the last minute, it was always, "No problem, we can do it." He was always right on time and very responsive - when I called or emailed he would get right back to me and always kept me informed on what was going on. I had them do glass subway tile for my shower and it's absolutely beautiful. The tile flooring they did is gorgeous. When I messed up the still-drying grout, Dacian came back to touch it up. We have picked Zircon remodeling because they were by far the most honest and forthcoming company we got bids from. Dacian worked with us when we picked the materials and we ended up with a very high quality countertop for a very good price. Other companies were asking us to buy 2 slabs, but Dacian pointed out that one would be sufficient. That alone saved us ~$3000. The whole project took 2 weeks. Other companies quoted us between 4 to 6 weeks. They were always on time (8am sharp) and very professional. They are easilyt the best contractor I have ever worked with.

Dacian's workmanship is simply excellent in every respect. He takes his time and makes sure everything is exactly to his highest standards and your expectations. Beyond that there are other things to know: 1) Dacian takes care of your home. Dropcloths are down to protect your floors. Walls are cared for. The construction site is cleaned and vacuumed every night, tools and equipment are organized and put away.. 2) Dacian consults with you from start to finish. He inspects all materials for damage before installation. He offers suggestions and advice but always does what you ask. 3) His communication is outstanding. At the end of each day he tells you what will happen the next day. He always keeps you in the loop. 4) He tells you exactly what time he will be there the next day and follows through. Your project is his priority. 5) He is very pleasant to have in your home. He is courteous and professional. Those who work with and for him are the same way. I highly recommend Dacian and Zircon Remodeling. I would call on him again in a second.

Dacian was fantastic, he did a superb job of tiling the walls and floor of our master bathroom. We are really pleased with his work. He was reliable, hard working, meticulous and honest. We asked him to regrout some splash backs and tiles in our other bathroom and he gave us a good price for that, and even came to the rescue when I spilt a bottle of nail polish on the floor! Dacian was by far the most responsive and cooperative of all the prospective contractors that I contacted regarding this project. He responded very quickly and was very proactive and customer focused. We spoke several times by phone beforehand, and, although the project schedule was TBD and couldn't be nailed down beforehand, he adjusted his schedule and came on short notice when the opportunity to do the work actually arose. Although this type of work isn't cheap, his rate was very competitive compared to the others that I was quoted. The project itself was quite small (drilling a few holes in tile), but required skill, which he has.

We loved having these guys do our tile and marble!! They came very quickly to give a quote, and started working right away....they were always clean and professional while in our house -- even with my 2 nosy dogs and all the neighborhood kids running around!! I called a few different companies for the remodel of our Bathroom and Kitchen and Dacian replied to me almost immediately. He came the very next day and gave me a quote. His quote was over 25% better than all the others and his quality and workmanship was OUTSTANDING!! he started the work on Sept 11th and was gone by Sept 12th and was finished 2 days faster than promised! he was respectful, courteous and so great to work with!!! We were so impressed with the work they did tiling & completing our master bath that we asked for a bid on the main bath. The bid was very reasonable & they did a great job on all aspects of the bath remodel, tile, granite, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, & paint. There was significant progress on the remodel every day & they kept things clean & tidy. When we wanted additional things done we weren't nickel & dimed & the price was reasonable. They made beautiful granite shelves for our shower. When that job was done we had them tile our laundry floor & remodel the basement bath. Moving the washer, dryer & water heater wasn't a problem.

I was so pleased with every aspect of the job. He removed existing tile from our backsplash and then installed new tile. The bid was reasonable, amount of time spent on the job was excellent and we love the outcome. Would recommend him to anyone. I already have!

Dacian did a great job. He installed ceramic tile in a small bathroom/shower area and the end result looks fantastic. He also completed a job another contractor of mine had left unfinished. He inserted a piece of granite slab between the back of my range and the wall as the range could not be pushed in flush against the wall. He found a piece of granite that looks nearly identical to the granite I'd had installed previously. I was very pleased with his work. He finished the work in a timely manner.

The tile was done well. I appreciate the way Zircon Remodeling was able to keep things clean and do the job quickly. I didnt like that I was charged by the job and not the hour. It made it hard to understand where my money was going.

Dacian did a great job! He replaced a tile hearth for us in granite and did excellent tile work and was very professional. He arrived on time, did the work for the price he quoted and cleaned up nicely after it was done. We would definetely recommend him to others and use him again for other tile work.

D & D were extremely professional - prompt follow up, (came out to inspect the job and provided a bid the same day as my inquiry!), demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring the work met my expectations (asked lots of clarifying questions at the beginning and along the way), performed quality work with lots of custom marble and tile cuts, and completed the project on time and on budget. What's not to like. I had a great experience and certainly will call them again on future projects. Highly recommended.
